SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Virginia Department of Transportation; incident management. Allows VDOT to drive on a portion of the highway other than a roadway at, en route to, or from the scene of a traffic accident, without direction from law-enforcement officers. This bill is identical to SB 315.
