SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Cemeteries; abandoned interment rights; notice. Provides that when no address is known or reasonably ascertainable for a record owner of interment rights, a cemetery owner shall publish a notice of its intent to declare interment rights abandoned in a newspaper of general circulation in the county or city where the cemetery is located for four consecutive weeks before such interment rights may be declared abandoned.
