SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Credit unions; amendments to organizational documents.  Clarifies the procedure for review by the Commissioner of Financial Institutions of proposed amendments to the articles of incorporation and bylaws of a credit union when the amendments would expand the credit union's field of membership. This bill is identical to SB 132.
