Department of State Police; access to electronic evidence. Provides for access by the Department of State Police to certain electronic evidence, documentation, and related materials that may be physically located outside the Commonwealth but that may be accessed by insurance professionals conducting business within the Commonwealth. The bill also allows for the authentication of such records to make them admissible as business records.
