SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Donation of capital stock of turnpike or ferry corporations.  Repeals Code provision allowing any turnpike or ferry corporation to donate and transfer its entire capital stock to the Commonwealth Transportation Board or to political subdivisions.
