SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Taxation; fillable tax forms.  Requires the Tax Commissioner to ensure that all state tax forms are fillable forms in a portable document format for taxable years beginning on and after January 1, 2012, and made available on the Department's website.  The Tax Commissioner must develop guidelines for using the forms and publish them on the website.  Finally, such forms shall not replace, supersede, modify, duplicate, or compete with the Virginia Free File program.
