SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Commonwealth's tax code; conformity with federal law; emergency. Advances the conformity with the federal tax code from January 22, 2010, to December 31, 2010, and restores conformity to the qualified motor vehicle tax deduction. The bill also contains an emergency clause and ensures that the measure will override certain budget language.
