SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Board of Agriculture and Consumer Services; membership.  Provides that the presidents of the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and Virginia State University may appoint designees for the purpose of membership on the Board of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The designees shall have voting privileges. This bill is identical to HB 1759 (Wilt).
