SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Alcoholic Beverage Control; referendum on mixed beverage sales in counties.  Provides for the residents of towns with a population of more than 1,000 to vote on the referendum for the sale of mixed beverages within the county in which those towns are located. Under current law, such towns vote only in a referendum in the town.
