SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Alcoholic beverage control; operation of government stores; agents of the ABC Board.  Designates a distillery licensee that is independently certified as an organic distillery (Catoctin Creek Distillery) by a USDA-accredited certification agency to be an agent of the ABC Board. As a result, such licensee may sell at retail its distilled spirits.
