SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Workers' compensation coverage; pneumoconiosis.  Deletes the requirement that the 1980 standard of the International Labour Office Classification of Radiographs of Pneumoconiosis be used in determining coal worker's pneumoconiosis, and requires that the current ILO Classification of Radiographs of the Pneumoconiosis be used.
