SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)

Public oyster grounds.  Increases the amount of time from five days to 30 days that the Marine Resources Commission is required to post a public notice before closing a public oyster ground. The public notice requirement does not apply to public rocks closed by the Department of Health or state replenishment programs.
