SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Print-on-demand program; temporary transport license plates to dealers and vehicle owners.  Provides that the Department of Motor Vehicles may develop and implement procedures and requirements necessary for the delivery of temporary transport license plates to dealers and the issuance of temporary transport license plates by dealers to vehicle owners, using print-on-demand technology.
