Authority: Discretionary Inclusion
A. Included in this appropriation is $15,792,620 the first year
and $15,792,620 the second year from the general fund to eliminate the
constitutional offices' across-the-board funding reduction strategy. As
of July 1, 2010, the Compensation Board shall not implement reduction
strategies relying on personnel turnover and vacancy savings from
constitutional offices.
B. Included in this appropriation is a reduction of $21,063,039 the
first year and $21,063,039 the second year from the general fund to
reflect savings due to adjusted payable retirement benefits rates identified in
Item 469, paragraph I.1.
