SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Commission.  Provides that the Virginia member of the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Commission will be appointed by the Governor from the Department of Motor Vehicles instead of from the State Corporation Commission.
