SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Landfill postclosure document.  Requires the Department of Environmental Quality to develop a postclosure guidance document for those landfills that stopped taking solid waste prior to October 9, l993. The document is to be developed by May 1, 2007, and has to include comments made by the public.
