SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)

Claims; Anna Malenick Evans.  Provides relief in the amount of $49,892.98 to Anna Malenick Evans for damages that she incurred related to the replacement of a septic system. The system was damaged when Virginia Department of Transportation contractors drove heavy machinery across its drain lines. In addition, Ms. Evans asserts that the Prince William County Health Department failed to timely notify her of problems with the septic system. The amount of the relief shall be paid from the Onsite Sewage Indemnification fund.
