SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Chesapeake Bay Bridge and Tunnel Commission. Provides that a member performing "extraordinary duties" may receive compensation for those duties. This provision expires January 1, 2006, and contains an emergency clause.  Same as HB 2067 (Lewis).
