SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE: (all summaries)
Release of personal data by the Department of Motor Vehicles to toll facility operators and toll technology entities. Allows the Commissioner of the Department of Motor Vehicles to enter into agreements with private toll facility operators or toll collection technology entities to enable them to obtain from the Department personal information in order to conduct motor vehicle research relating to methods of electronic toll collection.
