The 2012 Eastern States Legislative Fiscal Officers Association's Annual Conference will be held at the historic Virginia State Capitol in downtown Richmond.
A block of rooms have been reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn Richmond Downtown at a cost of $112 per room, per night plus applicable room tax and hotel fees which must be paid directly to the Hotel (details available at the hotel website).
