SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
School boards; websites; posting of certain information required. Requires, prior to the start of each school year, each school board to post on its website in a prominent location and in a format that is easily accessible to the public (i) a list of each textbook to be used in any elementary or secondary school in the local school division during that school year and (ii) the Standards of Learning and any associated curriculum framework that correlate with any course or class to be offered in any elementary or secondary school in the local school division during that school year or a link to another source that contains such information.
