Department of Criminal Justice Services; protocols for communication with individuals with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disabilities, and developmental disabilities. Requires the Department of Criminal Justice Services to establish protocols for communication by law-enforcement personnel with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disabilities, and developmental disabilities.
