SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Age of operator of a motorboat. Requires a person to be at least 14 years of age and to successfully complete a boating safety education course in order to operate a motorboat of 10 horsepower or greater. The bill also requires a person to have in his possession, while operating a motorboat, proof that he successfully completed a boating safety education course.
