SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Right to breastfeed in public places. Provides that a mother may breastfeed in any place where the mother is lawfully present. Current law allows breastfeeding on any property owned, leased, or controlled by the Commonwealth. This bill is identical to HB 1499.
