SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Study; gender-specific references; Bostic v. Rainey; report. Requests the Boyd-Graves Conference and the Virginia Criminal Justice Conference to study how to revise relevant gender-specific references in the Code of Virginia in light of the 2014 Bostic v. Rainey decision, which struck down Virginia's ban on same-sex marriage.
