SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Local regulation of certain aircraft. Provides that a locality may by ordinance regulate the use of privately owned, unmanned, autonomous aircraft within its boundaries. Such ordinance may place reasonable restrictions on the time, place, and manner of use of such aircraft.
