SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Navigation on certain waters. Provides that no person who is recreationally floating upon certain waters in a nonmotorized vessel shall be liable for civil or criminal trespass. The bill provides that existing ownership rights in real property shall remain unchanged.
