SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Abortion; ultrasound required. Requires every pregnant female to undergo a limited ultrasound examination prior to undergoing an abortion procedure. The bill also requires the Department of Health to compile information on facilities that perform free ultrasound services. This bill was incorporated into HB 462.
