SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)
Department of Human Resource Management; TRICARE supplemental health coverage. Authorizes the Department of Human Resource Management to offer coverage under the state's cafeteria plan established under § 125 of the Internal Revenue Code to military retirees and their dependents who are eligible for benefits under the TRICARE Military Health System supplemental health plan. This bill is identical to SB 892.
