SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
School calendar. Adds to the "good cause" circumstances for which school divisions may be granted a waiver from the post-Labor Day school opening schedule a school division that is entirely surrounded by a school division that has an opening date prior to Labor Day in the school year for which the waiver is sought.
