SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Constitutional amendment (first resolution); restriction on contents of a law that appropriates funds. Prohibits any law that appropriates funds from containing (i) any provision that imposes, continues, increases, or revives any tax, fee, or fine, and (ii) any provision that reduces, suspends, or eliminates any credit, deduction, or exemption associated with any tax, fee, or fine.
