SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE: (all summaries)

Governor’s Development Opportunity Fund.  Expands the use of moneys in the Fund to include grants for the construction or build-out of privately owned buildings.  The bill would also cap the aggregate amount of grants out­standing on or after July 1, 2010, at $30 million.  This bill is identical to HB 1396.
