Enhanced Medicaid asset protection. Urges Congress to establish a limited pilot program which exempts Virginia from § 13612 (a) (C) of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993, which requires states to make recovery from estates of persons enjoying enhanced Medicaid asset protection.
