Organ donation. Requests the Virginia Transplant Council to develop, with the involvement of the Virginia Hospital and Healthcare Association, a strategic plan for (i) increasing public awareness of the importance of organ donation, including improved education and outreach functions, and (ii) evaluating progress towards increased public awareness of organ donation and towards obtaining a greater number of organ donations from potential donors.
