SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Inequities in the current classified employee pay plan. Directs the Commission on the Reform of the Classified Compensation Plan to propose specific recommendations to address inequities in the current pay plan for classified state employees. The recommendations shall include measures to ensure that (i) experienced, top-performing employees by are not paid less than new employees hired to do the same work and (ii) employees in supervisory positions are not paid less than the employees they are required to supervise.
