SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Study; voter information on pending constitutional amendments. Provides for a joint subcommittee to study ways to educate the electorate concerning proposed constitutional amendments. The joint subcommittee shall examine methods used by other states to provide voter information on ballot issues.
