SUMMARY AS PASSED:

Corporations; dissenter's rights. Prohibits shareholders of tax exempt stock corporations located in a county having a county manager form of government from dissenting and obtaining payment for their shares.

SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Corporations; dissenter’s rights. Prohibits shareholders of nonprofit corporations from dissenting and obtaining payment for their shares. This bill has an emergency clause, and the provisions would become effective upon enactment.
