Crimes; concealed weapons. Includes persons who retire after completing 20 years of service or after reaching the age of 55 from service as a law-enforcement officer with the Customs Service or the Department of State Diplomatic Security Service in the list of persons who are not charged for the issuance of a concealed gun permit. This bill is the same as HB 2041.
