State Corporation Commission taxes; refund of overpayment. Authorizes the SCC to refund excess payments of retaliatory taxes.
SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
State Corporation Commission taxes; refund of overpayment. Expands the basis on which insurance companies shall receive a refund when an overpayment of taxes is made to include overpayments made as a result of increased regulatory costs.
