SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Charter; City of Alexandria. Provides that, for zoning purposes, an increase in intensity of a nonconforming use shall allow the city to enforce the existing zoning regulations against the property. "Increase in intensity" is defined for restaurants and for nonrestaurant uses.
