SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Claims; Price, William D., Jr., and Mary B. Provides $3,150 in relief for William D. and Mary B. Price. The Department of Transportation constructed an access drive connecting their property to the relocated Old Danville Road about 10 years ago. The drive has largely washed away because it was built of gravel and tar on a steep slope. VDOT has refused to rebuild the access drive.
