SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Charter; City of Chesapeake. Requires petitions for advisory referenda to be filed at least 80 days prior to the election in order to give the registrar sufficient time to verify signatures. Also, the name of the Department of Personnel is changed to the Department of Human Resources. This bill is identical to HB 1647.
