SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Conditions for certain school board accounting procedure. Requires, as a condition of any school board agreeing to deduct on a regular basis any dues for any organization from any employee’s or group of employees’ salaries prior to issuance of such employees’ paychecks, the organization requesting such accounting procedure must agree to disclose, to the public and to its dues-paying members, the compensation packages, including any perquisites and benefits or rates for billable hours, of its executives, managers, and any consultants under contract to perform services for the organization.
