SUMMARY AS PASSED:

Sales taxes from Suffolk conference center. Entitles the City of Suffolk to sales tax revenue generated from transactions at a city-owned conference center, hotel and related facilities. The tax revenue shall be applied to repayment of bonds issued by the city for the project on or after January 1, 1999, but before July 1, 2001.

SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Sales taxes from Suffolk conference center. Entitles the City of Suffolk to sales tax revenue generated from transactions at a conference center, hotel and related public facilities owned by the city. The tax revenue shall be applied to repayment of bonds issued by the city for the project.
