SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Laser speed determination devices. Allows Loudoun County and towns within its boundaries to use laser speed determination devices to enforce speed limits. Several other bills also amend this section to expand the authority of local law-enforcement agencies to use laser speed determination devices.
