SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Right to Farm Act. Excludes confined animal feeding operations with 300 or more animal units from the definitions of "agricultural operation" and "production agriculture or silviculture" in the Act. Such operations will not have the protections from nuisance lawsuits and special use permit requirements afforded to other farms under the Act.
