SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Inspections of licensed facilities. Requires, that in the course of entering a facility for an inspection, whenever the Commissioner or his designee finds violations serious enough to justify concerns about protection of the environment or the life, safety and health of the patients, the Commissioner or his designee must either (i) meet with two of more members of the governing board of the facility to disclose the violations and discuss remediation or (ii) notify the board by mail, return receipt requested, of such violations.
