SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Medical assistance services; medically needy. Requires the state plan for medical assistance services to include a provision for payment of medical assistance for the medically needy under 12 VAC 30-40-220 that maximizes income eligibility and the federal financial participation levels to the extent permitted by federal law. There is a technical amendment.
