SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Health care provider panels, preauthorization. Provides that any health insurers, nonstock corporations providing health services plans, and health maintenance organizations (HMOs) requiring preauthorization before providing medical treatment must have someone available to give authorization at all times.
