SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Medical assistance services; burial expenses disregard. Provides that the Medicaid state plan shall include a provision that exempts burial expenses from Medicaid entitlement calculations to the maximum amount permitted under federal law. There is a technical amendment.
